2. Personal Information Collection Statement

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation or family-office affiliation, reason for contacting us, and message.

We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, facilitate a peer introduction where you have requested one, maintain appropriate correspondence records, protect this website from abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Required form fields are marked with an asterisk. If you do not provide required information, we may be unable to respond. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, financial, identity-document, or investment-account information through the initial enquiry form.

3. Disclosure and transfers

We may disclose relevant information to service providers that support website hosting, security, and email delivery; professional advisers where reasonably necessary; and public authorities where required by law. These recipients may process data outside Hong Kong. We do not sell personal data.

We will not share your contact details with another family office for a community introduction unless you have asked us to make that introduction or otherwise agreed to the disclosure.

4. Retention and security

We retain enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing relationship. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

5. Access and correction

Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you. Send requests to info@mwealth.online. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

6. Cookies and third-party resources

This site uses essential browser storage to remember language preference. It does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Web hosting providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps for delivery and security. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts; your browser may send technical connection information to Google.

7. Changes

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

This notice should be reviewed by Hong Kong counsel before production launch.
